Hallmark Event Status
The Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show has been
recognised by Tourism Victoria as one of the State’s feature ‘Hallmark’ events
and is promoted extensively throughout Victoria, Australia and overseas. It
joins with other hallmark events such as the Melbourne International Festival,
the Australian Grand Prix, the Melbourne Cup Carnival and the Australian Open
Tennis, as a significant tourism draw card for our State.
This major ‘Hallmark’ event continues to attract large numbers of local and
international visitors to Melbourne to see the very best of what Melbourne’s
mild Autumn has to offer.
