Rolling Stone Landscapes
The use of natural materials from the bluestone paving, stone cladding & rich ironwood decking provides warmth to the design, while the aluminium provides a clean contrast and a contemporary twist. Glass mosaic tiles in a blended green-based colour add freshness and are positioned to balance the design. The introduction of a plasma screen & speakers installed within the gazebo structure allow the luxury of catching the news while cooking for the family or even playing a music video or favourite sport. The overall concept of providing items that we use daily within our homes, and installing them in an outdoor environment opens the opportunity for outdoor living that is attractive to a wider demographic. |

Cycas Landscape Design & Consultancy
Fire, water, stone and steel (and plants of course!).
The designer attempts to find beauty where fear and dread have dominated. The water here is passive, the fire contained, the stone is stable and structural and the steel is not wasted on weaponry rather providing structural support to the landscape. |
