Local Road Closures & Parking Amendments

From the 11th to the 27th of March, there will be changes to traffic conditions around the Royal Exhibition Building and Carlton Gardens.

Road Closures

The following road closures will be in effect from 6:00am 20th March to 6:00am 25th March:
No access into Carlton Street, Owen Street, Murchison Street, and Faraday Street from Nicholson Street.
No access into Macarthur Place North and Macarthur place south from Rathdowne Street.
Resident Permit Holders excepted.

Parking Changes

11th March – 27th March inclusive Eastern side of Rathdowne Street from Queensbury to Victoria Streets
11th March – 19th March and 25th March -  27th March North side of Victoria Street, Between Rathdowne and Nicholson Streets.
18th March – 27th March West side of Nicholson Street, between Gertrude and Carlton Streets.
20th March – 24th March Western Side of Nicholson Street, from Victoria Parade to Gertrude Street.
Parking will be permitted for one hour only, resident permit holders Excepted.
