Option 3: Outdoor Retail Sites

These sites are Retail sites located within the Carlton Gardens and are identified by a dark blue, yellow, orange, aqua or green circle on the Show map. These sites have varying dimensions, please see the table below.

These sites are highly sought after so it is wise to get your Exhibitor Application Form submitted early if you are interested in exhibiting at the 2013 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show.

The Retail Exhibitor will be defined by:
•    Any business / person with a product that is extremely relevant to the horticultural industry.
•    Any business / person selling goods, taking orders or promoting business services.

All Retail sites must meet a high standard of presentation and must incorporate plant or floral dressing within their presentation.
Retail sites located in the Carlton Gardens must undertake to provide protective flooring to ensure the grass immediately around and inside their site is covered where pedestrian traffic will be encountered, this includes leading into the front of the marquee or display.

The 2013 Show Map will be available here mid year for you to view the location of the various Retail sites within the Carlton Gardens.

There are five different types of Retail sites in the Carlton Gardens, please see the table below for site specifics.

Retail sites within the Carlton Gardens:

	Retail 18sqm Packaged Site Located in the Southern Drive between the REB and Carlton Gardens. One 6m wide x 3m deep space, a 6m x 3m marquee, 10amp power, one fluorescent light and one standard event sign. Dark Blue circle on the Show Map.
	Retail 36sqm Packaged Site Located in the Carlton Gardens. One 6m x 6m space and marquee, up to 48sqm of protective flooring, 10amp power, one fluorescent light and one standard event sign. Orange circle on the Show Map.
	Retail 36sqm Space Only Site Located in the Carlton Gardens. One 6m x 6m space and one standard event sign. Yellow circle on the Show Map. These sites do not include marquee, flooring, power or lighting
	Retail 60sqm Space Only Site Located in the Carlton Gardens. One 10m wide x 6m deep space and one standard event sign. Aqua circle on the Show Map. These sites do not include marquee, flooring, power or lighting
	Retail 100sqm Space Only Site Located in the Carlton Gardens. One 10m x 10m space and one standard event sign. Green circle on the Show Map. These sites do not include marquee, flooring, power or lighting

Additional Information

Retail 18sqm Packaged Sites

These sites are located on Asphalt on the Southern Drive so protective flooring is not compulsory. Set up conditions apply to these sites so please contact Event Management to discuss these prior to lodging your Exhibitor Application Form. 

Retail 36sqm, 60sqm & 100sqm Space Only Sites

These Space Only sites include the exhibition site, access to water and regulation signage. Providing protective flooring for your site is compulsory. Protective flooring must be ordered from the event appointed contractor.

Lighting, marquee/s, furniture and protective flooring are NOT included in the site cost of the Space Only sites and must be ordered separately with the event appointed contractor if you choose to include them within your display. Details of the event appointed contractors will be made available in the Exhibitor Manual later in the year.
