Option 2: Complimentary Floral Design Site

Application and Approval Process

These complimentary Floral Design sites located on the ground floor of the Royal Exhibition Building (REB) are identified by a pink square on the Show map, available for download from the link below. These sites are allocated on the strength of your submitted design plan.

Applicants wishing to exhibit at MIFGS in one of these design sites are asked to complete an Exhibitor Application Form and supply the Show Organisers with a design plan. We request a copy of your proposed concept as these sites are allocated on the strength of your submitted design and also to ensure that we do not position two similar displays within close proximity to one another.

Show Organisers will be unable to accept any application without a proposed design plan included.

Exhibitors who are allocated a complimentary Floral Design site are not permitted to sell any product from the site. Exhibitors are asked to staff their display to achieve the best possible results from exhibiting at the Show.
