Disabled Facilities
Companion Card
The Show is affiliated with the 'Companion Card' program. The Companion Card promotes the right of people with a disability, who require a companion, to fair ticketing at Victorian events and venues. People with a disability who require a companion to access the event with them must produce their 'Companion Card' at time of ticket purchase. This will allow the card holder's companion to attend the event free of charge. Normal adult and concession prices will apply to the Companion Card holder.
For more information on the Companion Card, please visit www.companioncard.org.au
If someone has a temporary disability, they must produce a letter from their doctor on letterhead stating they require a full time carer.
Victorian Carer Card
The Show is also affiliated with the Victorian Carer Card program. Victorian Carer Card holders will be entitled to the discounted concession priced ticket & may purchase one per Carer Card presented at the ticket box at the Show.
The program is a State Government initiative that is helping to recognise & reward the carers of Victoria for the significant contribution they make to the lives of the people they care for & communities in which they live.
